Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Beaulieu is one of Southern England's top tourist destinations. With so much to see and do, you will need to find a bed and breakfast in Beaulieu to relax in. Apart from the National Museum, Beaulieu Abbey and Palace House which is home to the Montagu family, there is much more, such as army exhibitions and you can even step into the world of the BBC'S Top Gear programme. Whilst staying in a bed and breakfast in Beaulieu, why not wander down to Bucklers Hard on the banks of the Beaulieu river. Visitors can also enjoy a trip on the river or a walk through the woodlands to see some of the abundant wildlife and to take in the peace and natural beauty of the Beaulieu Estate. Ships for Nelson’s fleet at Trafalgar were built at Bucklers Hard including his favourite, HMS Agamemnon. Today the village continues to thrive, unspoilt by the passage of time.
